Refund Policy

With Hypard, we want you to worry less! That's why we offer a full refund or store credit for boots purchased for size, fit or defective reasons within 60 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. 

Returns of used merchandise are not eligible and will be sent back.

Please make sure to ship your returns via a postal carrier with tracking. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Shipping charges for Priority Mail and international order are not refundable.

 At this time, we don't offer free return shipping.

Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
