Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Applies to Wholesale & Dropship Accounts Only

At Hypard Trading Corp, we value our wholesale and dropship partners and aim to make the refund process transparent and straightforward. Please review the following refund terms before placing an order.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued for eligible items returned within 60 days of shipment, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original packaging (shoebox and both shoes) is intact

  • Return was pre-approved through our Return Authorization (RA) process

Used or unauthorized returned items are not eligible for refund and will be returned at the sender’s expense.


Refund Request Process

To begin the refund process, contact Returns@hypard.com and include:

  • Purchase Order (PO) number

  • Reason for return

  • Three clear images:

    • Shoebox

    • Both shoes (top view)

    • Soles of the shoes

After review, you’ll receive a unique RA number and return instructions.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $3.00 per item restocking fee, deducted from the refund total.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • All returns must be shipped using a trackable method. Hypard is not liable for lost return shipments.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

  • Restocking fees and original shipping charges will be deducted.

  • An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is completed.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items returned without RA approval


Defective Items

If requesting a refund or credit due to a defective item, send the following to Returns@hypard.com:

  • PO number

  • Photos of the defect, both shoes, soles, and shoebox

  • Description of the issue

Upon review, we will issue a refund, credit, or authorize a replacement if applicable.

Note: Damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or impact events is not eligible for refund or credit.
